I Was the sponsor + the judge ask me there is no one to represent you , i said no , i came to represent my case , then he ask me do you understand english i said yes and so onnnnn .. and the proceeding started at AIT in harrow.

Hi

I represented my husaband at AIT here in uk . As his dependent visa was refused , and by god's grace we won the apppeal in 2004 .

Has anyone been to Homeoffice for ILR on 5 years basis and knows how many days are allowed is it 225 or 180 as absences.

Hi

It is not reconfirmed nor is there on HO site about 225 days but according to their calculation it is understood it is 225 days read below the the threads. There is no specific answer.

I read the application and the only difference from the old form is that they added tier one . i will read once again .they have not mention anything regarding 180 days .
