Finally received mine last Thursday -- just sent in my passport application this afternoon.

For those that are still waiting, hang in there, this is nearly over now!

I've also attended 20th of June ceremony and still anxiously waiting on my certificate, but as a civil servant myself I can assure you the delay has got nothing to do with the department being run by incompetents. It's holiday season and all offices across the country are operating at reduced capaci...
