Yes, i got my passport stamped with visa for 3 yrs. it took almost 5 weeks, bit longer than expected.

I had applied EC under Tier-1 with HSMP approval letter, I got visa for 3years .

Submitted application to VFS Bangalore: 16/05/08
Confirmed on 19/06/08
Received pass port on 21/06/08

I have also applied for Tier 1 on 16th May 2008 at VFS B'ore and it has been showing same status of "Your Application has been forwarded to BHC on 16 May 2008".
