I was in the same situation like yours and i applied for Tier 1 from UK.

It was rejected and i lost money.

I was there in UK for 2 years but my salary was paid in india like in your case. Home office donot accept that salary.

I had shown UK salary....but i was employed in india..HO says while you are employed in india how can you have payroll in UK?

But i can't do anything my company salary set up was something of that sort

I find lots of them in internet - but whom to trust. Based on your previous experience kindly let me .
