Re: What is the earliest can I SUBMIT ILR application?

Sorry those calculations were based on OPs 3rd October date. I have just added those dates in the calendar to get 14 November . Unless Saturdays and Sundays are not included?

Re: What is the earliest can I SUBMIT ILR application?

Thanks for all these information. Whilst this sounds intriguing to save some cash. There are unpredictabilities that comes with it if you don't have few days within those 45 days. For one if you are planning for applying priority or super priority it is not always available. So your target date of a...

Re: Trying to Dodge ILR fees increase by applying early

Thanks a lot for your reply. Not taking much of your time. So having documents so far in advance is not going to be an issue? Should I go ahead and submit documents and payslips dated 3rd October and pay visa fees with super priority. And book my Biometrics on 15 November 2023 and I am looking good?...

Re: Employed in a company with different Branch Name

Thanks for your reply. Does the branch company shows up in SMS portal. I believe we never got an response from UKVI . So was wondering if there is a way to know that UKVI is aware of this change and have recorded it ?
