Contribution to Pension Fund from Salary for HSMP holders !!

Hi, I have entered UK under HSMP and started working in a company. Every month 5% of my salary is contributed to PF, so is employer's contribution... This is very good thing considering the retirement planning. However, I am worried about what would happen to this PF if I decide to go back to India ...

The new announcement (6 may, 2008) says that "The strict new criteria announced on Tuesday require British employers to prove they cannot fill skilled posts with resident or European workers." This makes the employers very apprehensive about hiring an HSMP holder! Once we have proved that ...
