3a Ok

3b Ok

3c Ok for mantainence fund

3d. Salary slips OK but you need another proof of earning which will relate to your earnings in Salary slip so you also need bank statements for last 12 months to match the net salary on the salary slips

What if company goes bankrupt? Recently HO have been doing spot checks even in the big companies for employees. If employer produces a work permit document and HO says this WP is not valid anymore. What explanation will you give to your employer at that time?

bonus should be ok...but your company must pay tax and NI on that amount and the salary including the bonsu should be credited to your bank account. How quickly can you get all the documents arranged as time is running out? May be you can take an advice from a visa consultant.

advance might be a problem. do you not have master's degree? If you are bachelors then there is still a chance the Home Office does not apply master's requiremet for in country applications.

If your employer is good may be he can add overtime or bonus amount in this months payslip. When do you get ur salary? You need to show paylsip and bank statement with an entry for this months salary. Also depends how short are you with the salary.
