And netacct you are very right, I just thought I would at least know what the present rules are but very rightly said, I guess it hardly matters what it is now, 5 yrs is a long time and thus would see whatever the rules are at the that time.

hey cskmail, The high commission does not return the original hsmp letter. Please go through the earlier posts. You need to re-apply with a photocopy of the approval letter or if u dnt have one then u can just mention the same in the covering letter, do give the ref.#. This should be sufficient. But...
