Please what year and month you apply for citizenship

I got an E-Vetting invitation in May 22nd but never hear anything since then, I emailed citizenship several times but they don’t reply my E-mails…I don’t know what to do.

I applied for Naturalisation in October 2022, got acknowledgement letter 2 weeks after, and 22nd May 2023 I got an an email for E Vetting in spam
