Re: EUTR1A the insane process. Anyone has any information for me ?

I was left completely in the dark for my EUTR1. No acknowledgment, no application number, nothing. Even my stamp 4 had expired by the time I finally received their formal approval letter. The only way I was able to receive any of the above information was through the TD that was querying them on beh...

And for those that received two evetting invitations, I received a response from the TD making contact to the ISD on my behalf: It would appear that, due to an anomaly in the system, some applicants have received repeat e-Vetting invitations. Based on other timeline the approval can be 1-2 months from this point. goddamn   I hope they are quick and we can join the December ceremony. Don’t get your hopes up; that’s not going to happen. This has to be one of the slowest, most bureaucratic government processes I’ve eve...

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

Has anyone received the status update "Application Received" many days after the "In Progress (NVB)" update on the NVB tracker site? I can't seem to find this update anywhere and not sure what it could mean as it doesn't really make sense. If it’s the one I think it is it means ...

Re: Naturalisation certificate post ceremony timeframe

It is just frustrating, I applied as refugee and of course I do not have my passport or any travel document, I only need that cert to get the Irish passport and I can finally be able to travel! I applied in Nov 2021, attended ceremony in Oct 2nd and it is just outrageous having to wait this long fo...

Re: Eu3 application approved

Mine took just under two months for a stamp 4 renewal. It also seems they no longer issue temp approvals/IRP cards while you’re waiting for a final decision and I also didn’t receive an acknowledgment of them receiving it or application number to reference. Some things to keep in mind if your timefr...

Re: Limerick IRP appt wait at 16 weeks

As I said, in over 6 years now I've only been asked to show my IRP outside of Ireland exactly one time and I have traveled a lot, both in and outside of the EU. It really doesn't matter what we "think" the authorities will do as each case will be unique to that person when traveling. I can...

But with your case if you leave the country you will need a visa to return. Judging by OP's flag, they're American - they'll board a flight with no issues. What if the immigration in the other country checks his entry stamps when he plans to return? What prove will he have to show them his renewal ...

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

I applied in Dec 2022, and got e-vetting invitation link in May 2023 and then the same link Nov 2023. I guess you will receive a NVB email soon. Did you resubmit the second link? I was skeptical whether to resubmit or not, eventually decided to submit it today. Not sure if this will make any differ...

Re: Limerick IRP appt wait at 16 weeks

True, OP has an American flag - they can arrive as tourists. Trip should be fine (although depends on their spouse's nationality). Further, if you have a letter from the DoJ authorising you a stamp 4 then it’s likely just a formality getting the IRP card at this point as you’re technically approved...

IRP card expiration was same. I have a new stamp 4 support letter ready to submit. Has anyone been re...

Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

So I am one of 22/05 batch and after not hearing back from them, I had my lawyer send them a letter. Well bois, I have filled it in again and I am hoping this will mean I will get...
