read page 26 of the link provided by sushdmehta.. that says you dont need 12 payslips if you can score points with less number. the only slight confusing statement is 'consecutive' months payslips... not sure whether it will be an issue if the missing payslip is one in between the first and last pay...

Hey guys how far ahead can you book a PEO appointment online? I am trying to book a date in the first week of march and its saying there are no dates available in ANY of the centres!! Surely this cant be right! Am i trying to book to early? the dates get released 6 weeks in advance. so in your case...

but generally people have found early hours being the time when new slots appear...so keep trying and best wishes....

if you need appointments at croydon, liverpool etc. i think they are available always..

gerry , what all did u submit as cohab docs?

when they say it shud cover the whole 2 years do they mean:

1) sum correspondence from each month
2) sumthin from first month, last month and couple of months in between?

This means that you need to show that you were on HSMP before Tier 1 General. You can attach your HSMP approval letter and Tier 1 general extension Approval letter with your application. Although, the visa in your passport clearly says about your HSMP & Tier 1 G status. The reason for this is, ...

Section 10L of the SET(O), it requires:-

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."
