hello member999,

if the conviction was done in the court then you should declare it. if it was a 'fixed penalty' conviction (outside court) then you do not have to declare it.

Applied on : 19th June, 2008
Ref. no. allocated : 19th June, 2008
Integra Verification : 7th July, 2008 (HR folks delayed responding to Integra email sent originally on June 24th)
Status : Approved on 16th July, 2008

Great to hear that you got it! Congrats.

One question:
My earnings and maintenance will show up in the same bank account. So under Maintenance should I mention in the cover letter that they should refer to my bank statements sent for the purpose of earnings proof.
