I believe you don't need any address proof, You need to get letter from employer of your absences. And one more thing your question was not very clear. Assuming there is no changes in the rules you can go for ILR on 15th sept 2015 i.e 28 days earlier to your eligibility. If you provide all the details, we can split 180 days to different years. so that you can go ILR same time. But i need following details.

Your Visa start date, your UK start date, And all absences start date and end date. So that i can calculate for you.

I had 177 days absence in my first year of Tier 1 visa. I submitted medical certificate for 177 days. I was not even working at that time. For my case 2nd extension they gave me 2 years, And then i wrote a letter to caseworker saying about this rule. Then they corrected my duration sent a new BRP.

I am not sure. For my case, Mine was extended first, After that my wife came back from india and extended. But I called ukba helpline for this. They told they need originals. But if you have any urgency they will return mail applicants documents once the verification process was done.

You might be able to make a Subject Access Request under the data protection act.
