Re: Extension of 3 year confused

Dont send an email to brperror they wont respond quickly and not helpful. It happened in my case. I would suggest, send a letter to casewoker [you can find his address in Biometric invitaion letter] and include next day special delivery cover [if you want 2 to 3 days quick response]. Re: Tier 1 General - Dependant Requirement for Partner

It should be ok. But If you show UK statements, it will easier to validate for the HO. So preference will be UK statements on your name. But it wont give any damage for your wifes application.

I will agree with fusion2014. But don't worry too much, your application will be processed. But next time when you apply for extension or ILR. You need mention that you have applied for visa extension with in 28 days after expiration.

Re: Legality of July 2012 rule changes for tier1

Hi All, The dependents requirement changes for tier1 including 2 to 5 year probationary period is unfair. I am just wondering if it will legally stand to challenge. Tier 1 being a migrant visa, has to look at the rules existing at the time of the main applicants entry, not the dependents entry IMO....

You should attend the PEO with her. Thanks for your reply amber, I try to book an appointment. But when i select dependent visa it was given description like you can't book an appointment. I am due to apply for ILR in June 2014. Both my children were born outside UK. If you can provide a letter from employer for the 165 days leave. If your start as mentioned above, You are eligible to go for ILR any time after 18/11/2013 (28 days before your 5years duration) date.

But gurus can confirm on this.

I read some where that, In couple of cases they ask whether the applicant was financially active or not. But when you go through solicitor, they will manage.

our gurus can further help on this.

I am not very sure to comment on this. But recently one of my friend went for ILR and he was not submitted his original degree for english language requirement .He just mentioned in the application, Like he already proven english language requirement for his previous extension.

Re: Partner Applying for ILR - When Can I?

I think, two ways

1) you need to convert as Tier 1 dependent and then you can go for ILR along with your wifes ILR application.
2) you need wait another 6 months to get qualifying period to apply for ILR.

Suresh
