Sorry i haven't observed, you stayed in singapore more than 180days so its bit tricky.. you can split the 308 days i.e. you need to adjust your start day in such away that 308 days will come 154 in one year and another 154 days in another year. then should be fine i believe.

Absolutely no problem for you, Because you are not away from UK more than 180 days in any of the year. So should be file. But you need to get letter from employer, that should be fine. I believe you can go for ILR in the same time what you mentioned, But you need to provide a letter from employer that during that period you worked from india. If you not able to provide that letter, Go via solicitor he can manage with out a letter.
As per my knowledge, As of now it will take max 15 days, So wait for one more week. Regarding employer, you can show the ack letter, that was sufficient for your legal stay in UK.
