All the BRP cards from HOMEOFFICE will be delivered via DX courier company. And i have noticed that, these guys will deliver nicely for the first attempt. But if you miss your first attempt, they wont leave any missing card or notified via phone call or email. They send a letter to you via royal mai...

I got 2yrs for 2nd extension. Most of my friends with same timelines got 3 yrs. So the duration of extension was not consistent. So keep this in mind and calculate and then go for extension.

Re: ILR Eligibility for my situation

Sorry i haven't observed, you stayed in singapore more than 180days so its bit tricky.. you can split the 308 days i.e. you need to adjust your start day in such away that 308 days will come 154 in one year and another 154 days in another year. then should be fine i believe.
But take experts advice..

Re: ILR Eligibility for my situation

Absolutely no problem for you, Because you are not away from UK more than 180 days in any of the year. So should be file. But you need to get letter from employer, that should be fine. Ans also you can go for ILR 28 days before your qualifying period, So i believe some time in dec 2014. Regards, Sur...

Re: Tier1(General) into ILR Visa Process : 90 days query

I believe you can go for ILR in the same time what you mentioned, But you need to provide a letter from employer that during that period you worked from india. If you not able to provide that letter, Go via solicitor he can manage with out a letter.

As per my knowledge, As of now it will take max 15 days, So wait for one more week. Regarding employer, you can show the ack letter, that was sufficient for your legal stay in UK.

Re: Dependent Visa extension from India

Hi haiksuresh, Think logically. If she is outside UK and her tier 1 is expired, it will be a new application not an extension. You can only extend if your current visa status is intact or alive. secondly, extension only happens inside a country. Outside a country is a new application. Dear shargaur...
