Re: English requirements for AN

your question was already answered by WR1. As you have mentioned, you used your ILTS certificate for your ILR application, So if your ILR was approved after 28th Oct 2013 then you can use the same for english language requirement.

Re: Single character is diff in Surname in Degree certificat

I believe it was overlooked during ILR application. If they requested to verify then you will be in trouble, so better to get it corrected . Or give English test then no hassles.

I hope you should be ok to select below. But better to wait for experts to comment on this. I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013; If the above was not sufficient, then you need "English Language Assessment" as well. Be...

Re: Query on Qualifying Period for ILR

Legally your eligibility period will start from Jan 2012. But now a days home office checking HMRC records directly for all ILR and naturalization applications, So you can't claim your eligibility from May 2011 to Jan 2012.

Better to apply Dec 2016 based on 28days rule.

Generally when DX not able to identify your address they will send an ordinary royal mail post to your address, about ukba letter. You can call DX customer care and provide your postcode and name, they will provide you the tracking number.
