H1B Express Processing? Does it Exist??

Hello again

I've heard so much about H1B express processing...that it can speed up the process to as little as 15 days!! Of course the cost is high, over $1000, but does that actually exist or is it a scheme???

Please advise. :?

Hi there, From what I understand, an H1B won't jeapordize his I-130. Supposedly, it is a "duel intent" visa. It says that after a certain period of time, he can apply for permanent residency. It says nothing about existing apps for permanent residency though. We are really looking for the ...

Ok, wait... does this mean that there are no new H1B visa apps being accepted until after 2009?? and is the H1B visa done by lottery or randome selection? ie, you won't be processed based on when you apply?

Is the cap waived for doctors?

H1B Visa - Please help, complicated situation

Sorry in advance for the length of this post! Im a US citizen, but my boyfriend is a Venezuelan citizen. He has an I-130 app through his mother, a US citizen. It has taken years, and will take anywhere between 2 and 4 more years to even be processed. He is a doctor, but has not taken the USMLE Steps...
