ANY document can be used for cohabitation evidence. You do not need to be concerned about WHAT documents you send. All electronic evidence is now accepted as Char pointed out. This has been the case since 2018. There is nothing you need to do - Thank you Zimba

P60 also not required. - Thank you

You need an employer letter.

Electronic documents are accepted - Do I need to make sure the employer letter is referenced that the payslips are electronic.

Re: ILR Documents

Yes, Spouse visa FLR(M)

I think I provided the contract of Employment as an additional option during the last application, Maybe I can provide my P60 this time just as I did for my first application.

My payslips is electronic, Will this be accepted?

What is your visa route? 5yrs Family route

Contracts of employment aren't required for ilr - Thought I will have to provide all the documents I gave during last application.

ILR Documents

Hi All,

A quick query. I'm to apply for ILR but am confused about some documents I need to submit:

1. My contract of employment is an electronic one and as such no signature on it. Will this be accepted?

2. My payslips is also electronic, Will this be accepted?
