Well, I didn't have to pay any extra fee either. Also, when DFA returned the documents, they sent a white envelope which was PP express but postage paid, so I simply put my original PP in it and sent it back to them. One of the problem with that though is, Anpost don't give you a tracking no. and so...

I applied for Passport on the 14th of Feb, however status still says registered and the approval date is listed as 24th Feb, but since the application status hasn't moved I am not sure I will get it this week.

I got it by registered post. Postman left a receipt yesterday, I had to collect it from the office in Docklands industrial estate today.

Hi All, After 5 weeks of wait I finally got my cert today. I took oath in Limerick on the 7th of Jan and sent out the yellow form on the same day. Hi, Sorry for the delay in reply. INIS asked me for payslips, P21 and bank statement. I haven't sent social welfare report. Is that something that I should do?
