My EC got refused 12th May 08 and I have a chance to ask for Adminitrative review. However, because they refused it for 3 months maintenance clause I think I wud reapply after three months now.
But, my HSMP is still with the BHC. How do i apply without Original HSMP letter.
Hey ppl , I researched a bit after my EC got refused .... and I came accross the actual information ...... the Administrative Review Takes usually 28 days to decide again on ur EC ..... in exceptional cases it takes a lil longer but the candidate is informed about it in writing at teh end of 28 days...
