Query on tier 1 application form

Dear Friends,

In the Tier 1 application form, for both the main applicant and dependant, the payment and applicant details sections ask for Home Office reference numbers. I am here on a work-permit, so is the work permit number the right thing to fill in?

Thanks.

Previous Earnings query

Hi Friends,

Can I claim points for a 11 month period skipping one month in between ?

I was not in the UK for one month in between, rather I didnt have LTR during this one month and was in home country to get it renewed.

In this circumstance can I claim for the 5 points for UK Experience?

The complication in my case is that I overstayed in the UK for 3 days after the LTR on my first WP expired. My employer then filed for a new work permit and I was back here in the UK after one month.
