Income level

To apply for a Tier 1 visa you have to earn over 20k a year right? Can this be from more than one job and it is just in the previous 12months or can you show that you will earn this amount as you've only just started a job etc... ? What kind of evidence do you need to provide? Pay slips? And is this...

Thats a possibility but I wouldn't be able to leave for two months... maybe two weeks, and she would also lose her job..

Is the highly skilled visa tier 1 a go? or are these overseas funds not accepted?
