I'm not going to stress about it too much as there is no point doing that, all we can do is just wait. I was actually worried that they might have sent me the letter and it got lost with the an post or delayed ,but I email them and and they said "No correspondence has been issued to you" ....

Is it standard post or registered ? . still no letter for me (applied May 2023). There is usually delays in post delivery in my area.

Yes I mean the final decision thanks. I just thought that they might moved to emails like the acknowledgement letters and so then I don't have to check my post everyday:)

Hi there, they should have sent you an acknowledgement letter which includes Application number and person ID Number . The email you received is just automated email . Maybe try to send them an email. They do read all emails,but they don't respond to all of them as I have noticed.

So the state in India I am from puts surname first and then forename and then fathers name. So in passport the full name is written like surname forename and fathers name. Surname section is empty.
