Thanks John for the information.The reason for the visitor visa is that,in December of 2007 she applied to attend my graduation.She was refused on the basis that she was not going to return to her country.I appealed against the decision and won.So there was little I could have done to change that to...

My wife got her 6 months visitor's visa on the 19th of August 2008 to visit me in the Uk.She is five months pregnant and I wish to know if she might have problems at the airport.I am currently in the UK on IGS visa.Thanks

Hi Everyone,

I am in the Uk on a work permit.I have a 2 year old daugther and we plan to visit our family in Nigeria in August 2008.Do I have to send her passport to the Home Office for Leave to remain? or what should I do.

I won my appeal for my wife's visitors visa.Just wish to know if she can switch to IGS dependant visa while in the UK.

U are allowed to work full time for 4 months after cpmpletion of your programme.so if that is your case then the pay slips should not be a problem.

It will be better to use postal order.
