Its not a bad or lack communication because there is 0 % communication so we cant say its bad 🙄 I have no idea what to do.. only solution I can think i will go to court and department will give answer to Judge. Is it so difficult to write email or twit about it. Some people get it some not.. enough ...

May I learn how you know it? Just guess or is there any info. Because whatever I do i cant find any info or get reply from department.
