ILR

as far as i undrestood .
i applied for spouse ILR and i recieved acknowledgment letter from croydon and it took 8 weeks to recieve my ILR .
one of my friend applied months before me and Sheffield was dealing with his application ..and his took 11 months.

finaly

Thanks Allah (sw) finaly i recieved my spouse ILR 2 day after 8 weeks. as you might remember from my last posts i didnt have no docouments at all for the first year. i have been to a few solicitors and they adviced me to apply for extension rather than ILR . but i took the risk and asked more than 3...

Hello, For those of you still waiting for your ILR I just received a response to my letter asking for them to expedite my case. Basically they said they cannot expedite my application based on my circumstances and they are currently dealing with applications received on the 20th of July. Good luck ...

THANKS FOR your reply Assuming passport, birth cert, death cert of wife, birth cert / passport for son/ accommodation and maintenance issues already with them?) i have enclosed all above already to BHC .... and all his children are living in uk i mean 2 son and 2 daughter ( sons holding british pass...

he is living alone in pakistan and applied fo settlement to join me in uk.
he is finacialy dependant on me . so they called him for interview. now i am wondering what they will ask him .by the way my mum passed away.
