Application sent: 04/11/2018 Acknowledgement letter: Not received yet Approval: Pending I wrote to them about the lack of an acknowledgement letter, and got no response. I called them and was told it might take a few months to come and that the deadline for a decision was still six months. Hi, If i...

Re: Rejected Stamp 2 IRP

Hi,
It will be best you wait for the outcome of the ESTC and receive your IRP before you travel out of the country to prevent the possible case of not returning soon or anymore.

Hi I applied earlier this year for EUTR1, and have been waiting since. I have temporary stamp expiring this Friday 9th December and still have not received the final decision on my application. My HR is on my back and I won't be able to work if I will not have valid permission to stay. I have email...

Re: EUTR1A the insane process. Anyone has any information for me ?

You are switching to Stamp 4 EUfam which I believe can be added to your previous reckonable residence and be eligible for permanent residency straight ahead. Nope - EUFam stamps are not counted for long term residency combined with other stamps, as EUFam has their own path to permanent residence. E...

Re: EUTR1A the insane process. Anyone has any information for me ?

What does TD mean. I'm also waiting for EUTR1 response. TD means Teachta Dála or Local Councillor . They are members of parliament. Some times sending complaints to your city/town/county TD office helps to escalate the case. However you can also try to send complaints to your EU partner's country S...

Re: Stamp 4 Issue, Any Advice Pls

You will be eligible for citizenship after 3years, OP would be eligible for citizenship in 3 years regardless I think? I don't remember the rule that those 3 years have to be spent on a spouse visa. The 3 years has to be in Ireland or Northern Ireland. As soon as the spouse or both of them depart f...

Re: Entry into Schengen with spouse (Non EU)

UK citizens can enter the whole of the EU as visitors for 90 days, whether accompanied by an EU spouse or not. I feel like there's a bit of a difference if a person is accompanying their EU spouse in terms of the border treatment, which OP wishes to utilize. Without EU spouse, a person is just rega...

Re: Bringing non eu parents to Ireland (Irish citizen)

According to the below source it is after tax income PER YEAR. If you are married both incomes are considered I am not sure what exactly constitutes “full private health insurance” but typically €80-€100 per month per parent is considered a decent cover. You should also be absolutely certain you ca...

Also know after his IRP has expired he has no legal status, IRP or stamp. He has no right to continue employment. The permission letter is just a clearance to register with local immigration office. *So leaving the country to restart the visa waiver clock will be considered overstayer before leaving...

Judging by OP's flag, they're American - they'll board a flight with no issues. What if the immigration in the other country checks his entry stamps when he plans to return? What prove will he have to show them his renewal will be approved?. The permission letter is not IRP. The Garda Immigration o...

Re: Bringing non eu parents to Ireland (Irish citizen)

To my understanding you have to earn that amount in 3 years prior to the application. Within 3 years, meaning it shouldn't be less than 3 years when submitting.
Such amount can be spread out in the 3 years.

What do you mean 3 year prior to application? Like son or daughter of the applicant should earn 60/75K per year after deductions and taxes 3 years prior to application? And also, is life insurance expensive? Would life insurance cover the existing health problems since they are elderly people most ...

I do feel justified in my request but still concerned. I am printing everything out, a...
