Re: EUTR1A - Approved but temp. Stamp 4

My partner (Croatian) and I (Turkish) applied for EUTR1A (Permitted Family) on 13/11/2023. We have been living together for almost four years. I am currently on a Stamp 1G (Graduate Visa) valid until December 2024. We received an approval letter stating that our application has been approved and th...

@Fzaryan0
That's great!. The Irish Authorities are just selective.
Everyone has to be treated equally.

Anyway enjoy your privileges and don't forget to update them via email when you change addresses.

All the best!

Hi,
Your Karta pobytu is irrelevant in Ireland. It's only useful in Schengen area. Don't include it when applying for services in Ireland.

All the best!.

Re: Temporay stamp 4eu fam

To addup @meself2 advise, You can open a bank account without IRP. You should have applied for AIB basic account via their app. They will only need to see your landing stamp and passport via video call verification. For proof of address you should use your spouse utility bill(garbage or so on) and l...

Thank you so much for your reply, so Stamp 4 EUFAM IRP holders can travel ALONE without their spouses to all EU without a visa, right?

Yes stamp 4EUFAM holder can travel to all EU without a visa unaccompanied.

Hi, I am holding Stamp 4EUFAM IRP, going to travel to the Netherlands myself at the end of this month. Based on the Netherlands Visa website, I don't need a visa to travel. But you mentioned that "Stamp 4EUFAM IRP is not a residence permit. It's a Residence card under the EU freemovement Direc...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

No, I'm portuguese. The letter doesn't mention neither 'Stamp 4' nor 'Stamp 4 Eufam'. It says the application to be treated as a permitted family member of EU citizen has been accepted. My point is. What would be the impacts of having an IRP without the 'Stamp 4 EUFAM' and just 'Stamp 4'? Some EUTR...

Re: Expired visa in Ireland

Hi, @meself2 has given you the best answer. Go back to your home country or any country easy to marry and return. But don't return immediately after marriage, give it atleast 3 - 6 months. If possible spend the months i mentioned, in your country with your spouse or get some residence with your spou...

Re: Eu Treaty files waiting time - EU1 or EU1A

I think there should be a post about how to prepare your documentation for EUTR1. I believe some people don't prepare their file in order (mixing application form page numbers, attaching documents to irrelevant ones and so on. Some don't even separate the documents with paper clips) The case worker ...

Re: UK and Ireland border data.

Hi, UK and Ireland share immigration data because of the CTA. Any trips to the British Isles will be affected. Her trips to mainland Europe won't be affected because there wasn't any cross or some markings on her entry or exit stamp. I'm very sure they put a ban on her. They don't always need to lea...

The Czechs are trying to inform you that you can stay for max 3 months in each EU country without a visa if you are with your EU spouse. If you would like to stay more than 3 months in each EU country you need to apply for EU-Residence Card however they give the EU citizen 6 months to find work, whi...

Re: Border checks travelling with Directive 2004/38/EC ?

******If you plan to visit Germany during your trip, do not let the visa expire there. Incase the Immigration checks your spouse there it will impact her Aufenthaltserlaubnis.****

Your spouse can only overtstay in other EU/Schengen countries.
