According to a Fbook group, the certs from morning ceremonies on the 19th started to arrive in the post.
I’ll say another week for the afternoon ones.
I’ve attended the 1pm on 19th.

I’ve attended the same ceremony and nothing yet…doesn’t make sense at all the order in which they sent the certificates.
Disappointing as i am really waiting on it so i can apply for the passport straight…

Surprisingly there are still people from October’s one that don’t have their certificates.

Attended the 19th of December Ceremony.
No certificate yet but not expecting it before end of February to be honest.
Please post if you receive yours after the December Ceremonies.

I have received exact same approval letter today. Unfortunately I had submitted my passport photograph in pdf instead of JPEG as requested, while processing the €950.
