Expired IELTS

Hi,
Can someone please tell me, is it possible to use expired IELTS which I done in 2006 with a score of 6.0 for my citizenship application. I have used that IELTS certificate for my initial HSMP application in 2008.

She had done her two year bachelors degree then afterwards two years masters. Since the degree is recognized by PBS calculator but it is not giving English language points against the qualification, can she provide a letter from her university which states that the course is taught in English. I did not have any total holidays no more than 30 days per year. This includes weekends and bank holidays.
