Re: eVetting doubt

Thanks for the response.
I spoke to nearby Garda station relating to the same and they mentioned that select no there as it was fixed charge penalty that was paid immediately. If it went to court, then it was a conviction. So, I selected no there.

His company updated his status as back to origin country (but that is within their company portal and not on immigration website). Can he still use the IRP then? His office has asked him to submit his IRP by this ...

Re: Penality points driving license - irish citizenship

Yes, Attach a copy of that and also your payment receipt showing you paid the fine. Thank you for your reply! I paid the fine at AnPost, and I might not have the receipt retained that I got after payment (160 euros) now. But, I can show the bank transaction where 160 euros are deducted. Will that b...

Re: Penality points driving license - irish citizenship

I had one penalty points and two parking fines and I got approved three weeks ago . As long as you paid the fine and declared it . I know many many people who had points and they got approved . As long as you mention it. They just want honesty . What will delay or deem your application ineligible i...

I was told earlier that INIS’s website will be updated in due course. It should be safe to assume that the new allowance is 70 days per year from now on.
Could you please let us know where did you get that information?

Thank you so much for your reply! Email them and ask - citizenshipinfo@justice.ie If you get a response (and share here) - great, you know what to do. If not, it's your decision to make. Re: Gaps in IRP renewal

Thank you so much for your reply.
2020 renewal was during COVID time so I can skip that one.
But 2018 and 2019 renewals gaps combined are 4 months total. That will be a long wait then. Isn't there any other way where we can do this without waiting.?

In September 2018, I transitioned to a Stamp 1 status. I made an attempt to renew my IRP card in Sept...
