My baby is in India. To bring them to UK, Baby's Visa has to be applied in India.

Thats why i wanted to know out of the two options which would be best. Option 1 is straight forward but i have to bare double cost for baby's Visa.
Not sure about Option 2.

Maintanance Fund

Hi,

I am currently on Work pemit, staying along with my wife and Kid. I am planning for Tier1 but i dont have enough funds in my bank.
Is it possible for me to apply for tier 1 without my dependents, so that later i can apply for their dependent stamping.

Regards,
Sonal
