FINALLY I got my visa (applied in UK):

Application sent: 12th June
Application received and fee deducted: 13th June
Visa received (valid till 2011): 12th August

Good luck to everyone else. See you after three years. It's time to do my job search now :D

But I have found this on the UKBA website (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/pointsbasedsystem/supportingevidence/englishlanguage/): You can send evidence that you hold a degree that is equivalent to United Kingdom bachelor's level or higher and that was taught in English as evidence ...

English requirement

I have a Master degree awarded by a University in the UK and I studied it in the UK as well. Do I meet the English requirement for Tier 1 visa?
