Does anyone know if I can move to Ireland once I have my FBR certificate (I’m a US citizen) or will I need to get my Irish passport first? It’s a long story but I’m on a bit of a time crunch and am wondering if I’m able to move there first and then apply for the Irish passport from within Ireland.
