What was your last day of employment, and in how many days after your last day you got the curtailment letter from the home office? Do we get curtailment letter via email or post/letter?

Yes it must be done by UKVI. My employer has withdrawn the visa on 31st Jan, 2024. I haven’t received the letter yet and I’m planning to travel to India and want to come back for a potential job offer. Will I be given entry?

If my skilled worker visa is terminated by my employer after my parents' visitor visa has been approved, how might this affect their ability to enter the country? Could they potentially be stopped at immigration?

So, sick unpaid leaves can be taken for more than 4 weeks and it won't affect ILR/BC application?

@Zimba: I read in one of the other posts that if we are in the UK, then SICK leaves are not counted towards the 4-week limit. Is that true?

Does applying later for a skilled worker-dependent visa for a newborn cost less?
Example: Applying for a visa after birth (no immediate travel plans) Vs applying closer to travel dates (travelling outside the UK)?

The employee has been charged with misconduct, nothing criminal/theft or of that severity. Does gross misconduct reflect in new job reference checks? Does the employer inform the Home Office in such cases?

Asking for a friend. The employee is on a skilled worker visa & has been fired by the employer for gross misconduct after a disciplinary hearing. How does this affect:
1) Future skilled worker visa renewals?
2) ILR application?
3) British Citizenship application?
