Thanks Amber. I guess this also clarifies my earlier question where I was interested to know If I can use the 180 absence at the beginning of the qualifying period. With the present situation , in my case though I returned to UK on 30th October 2010, But I can use the 30th July 2010 as my start dat...

Thanks Amber. I guess this also clarifies my earlier question where I was interested to know If I can use the 180 absence at the beginning of the qualifying period.
