I applied for my ILR at peo on 1 April 2012 and got told approved same day.

However got my ILR card after 10 days issue date 8 April 2012

So on which date can I apply for BC.

Well it's all incorrect.

A child who has had an Indian Passport before is eligible strait for OCI on their own merits.

OCI with parents if the child has never had an Indian Passport

The expiry date on the BRP is the expiry date of the BRP card (10 years for adults, and 5 years or less for minors I believe). It is not the expiry date of your settled status.
