I forget to upload family consent form while submitting visa extension application. After submission, I can’t find option to upload and it was mentioned as mandatory document. I have attended biometric appointment and requested the staff to scan and upload these consent forms but the staff replied that you already have submitted all the mandatory documents and if the home office need these then they will enquire through email.
