Regarding switching to Tier1 you could call Tier1 help line and ask them but dont give any specific details like your name or anything. Just ask them in general when you could swit...

Thanks Vipul and chakde23.

Passport stamp says valid June 11 until 30th May.

If it was stamped June 11 that would mean I got it next day. Hm.......

They sent a another letter verifying my points but that one is dated May 30th.

:D :D :D :D :D :D Good News all I got my docs just now. I just got home and saw a big brown envelop on my carpet. Guess what? No one signed for my docs. Royal mail just pushed it through the mail hole. No-one was home so I guess they figured because its a flat with a mail hole then it would be safe....

Congrats Jessica.

I hope the rest of us hear good news soon.

Just a thought. If you sent yours on the 23rd April and you are just getting reply then it means HO must be working slowly.

All the best everyone. Keep hope alive.

Hi Technonerve, I would say your application seems very straightforward. I applied from the 29th April with HSMP approval letter which means the only criteria left for HO to check was maintenance section of form. Why does it take so long, especially for those who have HSMP letter and those who appli...

Hi All, I just called HO. They are not giving updates over the phone anymore. Especially if a lady answers the phone. So it is a waste of time to call them. Trust me. I was just hoping to atleast hear something. I guess that it is a waiting game. Very frustrating but keep the faith. Keep hope alive....

Hi all,

kmore97 you are correct in saying that cases with HSMP approval letter are taking longer. Mine was WP to Tier 1 with HSMP letter sent April 29th pretty straight forward but it seems like it is take forever.

I guess all we can do is just wait and wait some more.

BTW congrats sansui
