Now the Consultant says "Your Application will come under HSMP not TIER1." And he says " Go to stamping after my Account has 2800 pounds(for me).

Is it, The rule showing 2800 pounds for 3 months in the Savings A/c for Tier1, not for HSMP.

Please suggest friends..
