Re: Visa Sponsorship on Secondment role

I am not sure if this can be used as an example.
When someone does ILR application with two jobs, the secondary job salary is not added into your total salary for consideration of ILR.

not sure this is similar to your working visa case

Re: Will my student visa be refused?

So will this cause problems? Given your continued anxiety about this matter, I don't understand why you are continuing to focus and rely on crowdsourced amateur visa advice from here, Quora and Reddit, especially as you and I can both see that some of it is wrong or misguided. Your university is as...

Home office is aware of this kind of cases which are very common in health care work visa.
It is widely reported and even on Youtube. Really puzzle me why people keep falling into this

I do not quite understand your visa history. So you were a student before and also worked for a while using Graduate visa route. And now you try to apply for a student visa (PhD?)?

Re: Potential Breach in Work Conditions

did you do any self assessment tax for your part time? or it is on PAYE?
I have a part time job as well and it is on PAYE. But this was not considered at all for my ILR and I did not submit any document for my part-time job.

Re: Student Visa outside UK 3 months

Please check your univeristy website.
When I were a student and went outside UK (holiday, conference during term time/not term time), I always needed to apply for an absence leave thing.

should not be a big problem

Re: UK - Expired ILR & entering as a visitor

BRP and ILR are two different things.
For example, next year all BRP will be expired but it does not mean ILR will be invalid

1> is your BRP recent? old chip has issue
2> You need to know the sensor spot for those phones. it is not like just making contact between your phone and your BRP
3> Try passport if it is new

Re: Skilled worker Visa to ILR - Work related absenses more than 180days

Did you exclude those travel days when you are still in the UK?
For example, you go to airport in the UK to start your trip on xx/xx but techically you are still in the UK (same applies to the return). So those days are not considered as outside the UK

Re: Visa curtailment notice - Graduate route

Then, can this early completion timeframe be deliberately defined by the HEI? Warwick University mentions: Early Completion applies to Warwick sponsored Student Visa holders. It means that you will be finishing your course more than two weeks before the expected course end date stated on your most ...

Re: Visa curtailment notice - Graduate route

Yes. But what is the definition of completing a course ? Unfortunately UKVI aren't keen to define this exactly - it's been a big issue since the introduction of the rule requiring students to complete study before switching to Skilled Worker and other routes. The most useful wording can be found in...

Re: Visa curtailment notice - Graduate route

I agree. However, nearly all universities have that early completion section in their website to warn students

Once my uni reported an early completion of my student (finsihed date close to expected end date) and he did not receive the curtailment. He was in the UK when the result was announced

Re: Visa curtailment notice - Graduate route

So let say, if OP stayed in the UK and his uni reported early completion to UKVI, OP would still have the remaining visa period for Graduate visa and he could use that period for travelling in and out the UK. The problem is the OP timing of travelling For accuracy, although it doesn't help OP, the ...
