Indefinite Leave to Enter

When my fiance has been granted Indefinite Leave to Enter - should he have a stamp in his passport or will they do that when he gets to the UK? Will he have to get a visa or is the letter from the home office enough? Should he take any additional documents to the airport with him?

Thanks in advance

Sponsors Financial Situation - please can someone help me!!!

What is Apy hike?

I have just recently got a pay rise so there is no chance of me getting another one. He overstayed but voluntarily went home - is there any chance of him getting another visa. We are being told that this is our only option?

Thanks in advanced

Wanderer - I need your advice please!!!!

Hi Wanderer,

I was talking to you yesterday about my fiance who overstayed by 3 years. You asked me if he had been given a IS151. I have spoken to him and yes he was issued with one. What does this mean?

Thanks in advance

Settlement Visa for Spouse - URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Sorry - i did not mean him overstaying was a silly thing. I meant that they reject applications for such silly things and this is quite a big issue so there could be a big chance to refuse his application.

I did not mean no harm by it.

Settlement Visa for Spouse - URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Well thank you for your help anyway. Its costing me an absolute fortune for the flight and the application but its just not worth it if he has no chance of coming back. We have a friend at the Nigerian Embassy who seems hopeful but they can reject things for such silly things.

Settlement Visa for Spouse - URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Nope definately not. The only forms he was ever given from the home office all had stated on it that he had voluntarily decided to go home. He paid for his own flight and everything so i think we should be ok on that front. I just don't know what to put on the VAF4 application form about his removal...
