Everything was cancelled, wasted over 100 days waiting. Re-submitted, went into PENDING, then UNDER REVIEW, then submitted 20-ish documents, then GRANTED! Hurrah!

Am waiting for the certificate code because the DCS Request Number not the same as the certificate number!

We applied on the 6th of December. Asked for more data (care home organisation charts etc) on the 11 of January, and we supplied it on the 16th and we have been waiting ever since. We are a bonafid carehome, CQC registered and we should have got this on the 1st ask. In total we've been waiting 113 d...

Others will definitely know since decisions are usually made by the next day.

Hi all.
I'm waiting for a Defined COS (for a senior healthcare worker) submitted on the 7th of November. It's been UNDER REVIEW ever since, but we've had no emails, and now it is coming up to the 3rd week of waiting. Does anyone know why? Or is anyone waiting a similar time?
