my advice - send your addit.docs ASAP and add a cover letter which is clearly stating your name, DOB and most importantly - ur reference number.

UKBA might go for a suspension period (like they did when they introduced new rules for HSMP in Dec'06). I heard that the maximum number of days you can be outside of the UK while on HSMP/T-1 status is 180 days out of 5 years, and this is relevant when you apply for ILR. If you've been outside more days, your application for ILR might get refused.

waiting times for HSMP for those who applied in end Feb-Mar are now 76 days on average. I would imagine that for those who applied in mid-May the waiting times would be even longer... Sorry it's not that good news. But it's better to be clear about what to expect.
