What was the out come of ILR application, Have you tried with copy of your WP. Have you got the ILR.

I haven't applied it so far. If you have done that please post your outcome.

UKBA have got around to revoking his leave

In case of any activities by UKBA, Will they sent a letter to the person?

I've checked his letter box, so far no letters have arrived from UKBA.

Hi all, Sorry to bring this thread back. I've weird thought in my mind. One of my friend is in Work Permit and has been on a long holiday for about 2 months so far abroad. Now the problem is, he is not able to get any messages from his employer properly. He couldn't able to contact them by any means...

Is there any way an employee can check the status of his current immigration online?
or by calling HO?

Yes they have given the letter as they are not denying my ILR
application...only thing is they drag things intentionally!

@llNicell In my case, once I requested employment letter for ILR application, they are bit upset thinking I might leave them once I receive ILR! It is my mistake loosing my WP, so I think my employer might not be interested in getting the copy quicker... That is the reason, I want to go with the cop...

Have you been to PCO or did you send the letter to HO?

But I afraid, I could find the original of my last WP.

I've got the originals of my previous two WPs.

If there is a provision the get the copy of my original WP
again from HO, I can do that....

otherwise no other way, except I go with the copy of my last WP.
