The situation is quite pathetic with the VFS guys... I tried to convince him, that I had read the guidance well and it never asked for marksheets...but the reason he gave me was that the BHC in chennai are asking for it from every Tier 1 applicant so that they can check and see if you are really ski...

I am not too sure if the marksheet document requirement is mentioned anywhere in the PBS guidance... But when I applied, the Chennai VFS person said, I had to submit all marksheets for my degree as well as 10th & 12th ... so I had to go back home, get it & apply the next day with the photoco...

That is pretty sad!

Anyway, does this mean that she cannot apply even for GP Training? Also will she have to sign any written agreement at the time of her dependent application?

Yes I printed out the email and submitted it along with the application. Also I had sent them an email yesterday asking for information regarding the procedure now since they had returned my passport and here is their reply: " Thank you for your e-mail. I have answered your queries in sequence....

What should I do now?

Shall I submit a letter with all supporting evidence for administrative review? If so,
1. what all documents do you think I should keep with the letter?
2. how should I explain myself in the letter so it is clear for them (BHC)?
