Hopefully I will receive mine soon, went to the ceremony on the 18th at 3 PM

Mine was on December 18 in the afternoon, hopefully I am able to get it when I am back on Feb 1st by either going to the an post or if they send it later

hi got my cert today . I was on the 18th December morning ceremony. i had to send them in passport photos last week before they could print my cert. (they asked me via email) .

Is that "common" to be asked for?

You reach out to them via email, usually; preferably someone from your area (check on https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/members/tds/ ) but if none of them respond, search om a wider scale. You can also try to go to them during hours when they're in office, but not sure if it's a good idea in this case. ...
