Applying for HSMP - need NARIC support documentation?

Hi all,
I have an IT engineering degree (6 years course) from a well-known Argentine university. Do I need to get a NARIC letter regarding this? I will be applying for Bachelor points (30).

German language is not neccessary for IT jobs in Germany, lord knows I get lots in my mailbox, but if u want to settle there as a non-EU person u will need to pass a stringent language test.
