Today, I received the invitation from Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gov.uk. I went straight down to the register office and booked the ceremony for next Tuesday.

I went down to the register office (Lewisham) and spoke to them. They have received the naturalisation certificate, but insisted that they can’t proceed with a ceremony without the invitation email or letter. I didn't specifically ask if they have my certificate, but I did ask if it is possible to book and proceed with the ceremony without the invitation email.

I am still waiting for a reply.

Got it.

When I replied, the subject is simply "Re: Application Update". The UAN is at the top of the email body.
Is that OK, or does the UAN need to be in the subject?
