I think wht happened in your case is, that HO took the payment on 20th but by the time it reflected in Your bank account it was 23rd already, as it was weekend. it happens with my bank statements all the time, whtever i but over the weekend it shows up on next monday or tue. so ur payment deduction ...

Did they took ur ref. no. and checked on the system?? why didnt u asked them if its with the CW or manager. they normally give u this info. ( if u get the right person on phone) I don't klnow really. For me, CW put a note on 22nd July asking latest bank statements inspite of the fact that i did submit...
